Health conscious people and health professionals spend a LOT of time focused on food.
So much so that some conventional providers label us orthorexic (obsessed with the ‘right’ food choices).
And the bottom line is that you can’t be healthy eating junk. The old computer saying “junk in, junk out” applies here. If you live on a diet of microwave pizzas and hot pockets, you won’t stay healthy and you can’t get healthy.
So to get and stay healthy you must eat good food.
It’s not ALL about food.

You’ll notice only the first factor is about food. The other five encompass most of the rest of your life.
I see plenty of people who come in eating a good or reasonably good diet and wondering why they’re still having so many problems.
Of the other five factors, the two I most often see people struggling with are getting enough sleep and managing their stress levels.
So, the next time you find yourself micromanaging your food
Take a step back and look at the rest of your life.
If you’re not sleeping enough, shift some of that focus away from food and onto getting more sleep and any other areas of your life where you are struggling.
Remember you are only as strong as your weakest link, and for those into natural health, the weak link is rarely food.
